Bought this dress for my second wedding. I wanted to try something unconventional. Dress looks just as picture does, but not as shiny, which was fine for me because I am getting married outside and I didn’t want to blind anyone with my goldness. Dress is very heavy, has a long train. Was actually too long for me and I’m 5’7 but I don’t believe I specified my height measurements to Serena, the customer service rep for the company. Did I mention yet how AMAZING my customer service experience was? I just had the BEST experience. I procrastinated ordering so I made sure to expedite shipping. Eta was 10/2 but was still too late! I emailed asap & to my surprise, received a reply in 10 minutes! Serena said she’d make sure it arrived in time, took my measurements & I waited impatiently. She emailed me Sunday 2 say my package & it was in L.A. Package was delivered by 10am on 9/24!
