I purchased this dress for a cruise. I first purchased a medium, based on size charts. Unfortunately , I had to return it as it was a little too big. Returning with a note to replace it for a smaller size was very easy. I received the smaller size very quickly, with e-mails to let me know the status of my exchange. I’m very pleased with the dress and the order process.
